Can I place same day delivery?
Same day delivery will be accepted online and by phone until 9:00a.m. EST. Deliveries are guaranteed to arrive between 11:00a.m. and 5:00p.m. EST Monday - Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays.
What is your delivery area?
We deliver in Franklin County. To check if you are in our area, please click here.
Will I be notified after my delivery is completed?
Every effort will be made to complete the delivery. The sender will only be notified if there was a problem with completion.
What happens if the recipient is not home or at the office?
Recipients will be notified if their flowers were left in a secure location (weather permitting), with a neighbor, or returned to the shop. Recipient pickup or redelivery will be determined at that time.
Can I place a custom order or buy flowers in bulk?
Absolutely! Please call the store and we’ll be happy to discuss your needs.
